This building was a McMahan`s furniture store for many years, newly remodeled in 2010 for a premier clothing store owned and operated by the Private Industry Council in Oroville. First floor consists of approx. 12,000 sq.ft., with a second floor (mezzanine) of approx. 7,000 sq.ft. The second floor was left unfinished, for future growth.
